		<description>I made a recipe with my mother-in-law that called for boiling 10 lbs of meatballs in a huge stock pot. I had a hard time getting the meatballs to fully cook. I didn't realize this when I was eating them and I got very sick with vomiting, stomach pains, and powerful intestinal gas pushing up through my esophagus in the middle of the night. Yikes. I asked my husband about boiling the meatballs and mentioned that I always thought you had to brown them first in a frying pan. He says his mother always boiled them. Maybe if you make the meatballs very small, it will be easier to get them to cook if you only want to boil them.</description>
