Peppery Breaded Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup butter — melted
1 teaspoon fresh garlic — minced
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
4 large pork chops
