Peppery Breaded Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup butter -- melted
1 teaspoon fresh garlic -- minced
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
4 large pork chops

PREPARATION

Melt butter with garlic. Mix other ingredients together in shallow dish. Dip chops in the
butter-garlic mix and coat with bread crumb mixture.
If freezing:
Flash freeze until hard then store in air tight container/zip lock bag. Thaw before
cooking.

Bake in 375F oven for 20-30 minutes until done.
